Cancellation Policy
A non refundable deposit specific to your service, is required prior to service, cost will be displayed during booking of such service.
Deposit will go towards your final service price, as long as you make it to your appointment on day of and are on time.
There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, you will automatically be charged an additional $20 to your final balance, if client completes service. If client is more than 15 minutes late and service is not able to be performed, client will forfeit non refundable deposit.
No call/no show will result in an automatic 30% charge of service price.
